Private White Party in Marbella

Marbella enjoys more than 300 sunny day yearly and offers the most comfortable  temperatures all year round. Consequently this two factors are so welcoming to arrange an outdoor party to celebrate a special event.  Mediterranean sea, beautiful marinas with astonishing super yachts, luxury villas adorned by elegant gardens all this inspires to create a very special and posh ambience.

One of the most demanded themed parties in Marbella is the White Party, famous for the opening of beach clubs like Nikki Beach and Ocean Club.

Since 2008 we have organised plenty of private themed parties in Marbella and each time we are looking for something new and exquisite to create a unique and individualised event for every one of our clients. Last summer, for instance, we organised an extraordinary 60th Birthday themed White Party.

The venue was provided by the client, it was a private villa in Marbella so we have had to take care of:

• Supplying furniture
• Setting up tables in the garden with all required tableware and glassware
• Floral decoration of the tables and areas of guests´ access
• Light and sound equipment
• Music band and DJ
• Dance floor
• Entertainers and dancers
• Professional photographer for photos and video

When all the organisational issues are covered, it is a high time to design an atmosphere having direct bearing on the theme of event. We have started with a cocktail upon the arrival of the guests. There was a masquerade-like reception with champagne and Venetian mimes. One of ours the most experienced Chef has elaborated a varied menu of typical Spanish starters with a modern twist, these were served individually that added another elegant touch. Later in the garden, just beside the tables, a skilful Chef-paellero has cooked two giant paellas.

When it has started to get darker we proceeded with entertainment. There was a fire show, exotic african and brazilian dancers and a DJ played his set.
