Using our Services

  1. You may only make your bookings and requests by telephone, e-mail or through the Site.
  2. Marbella in Style will provide both the services described on the Site (from time to time) and concierge services at your request – that is you may request Marbella in Style to provide or arrange any lawful, proper and moral personal service in relation to any personal needs or desires (including, without limitation, provision of information, access to events, activities and venues, and personal goods and services) (the “Services”).
  3. Marbella in Style reserves the right to withdraw any of these Services and/or to refuse to supply the Services requested.
  4. A contract exists between Marbella in Style (“we/our/us”) and you (“the clients”) from the time a Confirmation/Invoice is dispatched, or if Credit Card / Debit facilities are being used, from the time of authorisation via the client giving Marbella in Style card details.
  5. If Marbella in Style is unable to deal with any request, it will inform you as soon as reasonably practicable.
  6. Suppliers are responsible for providing you with the services not offered directly by Marbella in Style. Marbella in Style will communicate with Suppliers on your behalf unless it is more appropriate for you to contact the Supplier directly.
  7. Suppliers may impose their own terms and conditions and you are required to comply with these.
  8. When ordering a service or booking a property, you may be required to provide your Payment Card details. If you request and authorise Marbella in Style to use your Payment Card in order to pay a Supplier for products or services, you acknowledge and agree that Marbella in Style shall have no liability in respect of or be responsible in any way whatsoever in respect of the use of your Payment Card provided that Marbella in Style acts in accordance with the instructions issued by you in relation thereto.
  9. You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of booking, ordering or purchasing products or services are correct, that the Payment Card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the product or the service.
  10. From time to time the procurement or provision of certain services, products or benefits may incur a Marbella in Style handling charge (of which you will be notified) – in these cases you hereby authorise Marbella in Style to debit your Payment Card with any such handling charges.
  11. Marbella in Style may at your order purchase goods or services on your behalf. In the event that it acts as a credit agent in this regard, you hereby authorise Marbella in Style to deduct the credit sum from your Payment Card within 30 days of the payment date. In the event that Marbella in Style pays for the goods or services in cash, it shall be entitled to add any applicable credit card charges to the sum deducted from your Payment Card.
  12. Unless otherwise agreed by the Supplier, you shall not be entitled to cancel any services requested where, on your instructions, performance has already begun.
  13. Telephone calls to Marbella in Style may be monitored or recorded for training and quality control purposes.

Travel Services

  1. Any services including tickets purchased through Marbella in Style will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Supplier.

Personal Concierge Service

  1. When you use our Personal Concierge Service for restaurant and club booking, yacht charter or other activity booking you hereby authorise us to debit your Payment Card for any deposit paid by us on your behalf which is forfeited as a result of cancellation of the booking.

Property Rental

  1. The provisions of the “Property Rental Terms & Conditions” shall apply at all times.

Services and products purchased through the Site

  1. When booking services like the Yacht Charter or Car Hire, if the requested vehicle is not available for the day of your booking, we may offer you substitute of a similar category, but you may refuse the substitute and receive a full refund.
  2. Marbella in Style is not responsible for inaccurate or misleading service descriptions. Products may differ slightly from the images shown although every effort is made to ensure that all product descriptions are as accurate as possible.
  3. Marbella in Style may from time to time offer special products or services for sale through the Site or the newsletter. These products will be clearly specified as being supplied by Marbella in Style in their description.
  4. The purchase price of all products and services is due for payment on acceptance of your order by the Supplier or, if applicable, Marbella in Style.

Liability

  1. Marbella in Style warrants to you that Marbella in Style shall use its reasonable endeavours to provide the Services with reasonable care and skill and, as far as reasonably possible, in accordance with your request and instructions from time to time.
    Where Marbella in Style supplies you with any goods or services supplied by a third party, then Marbella in Style is acting as your agent in sourcing the goods or services. Marbella in Style will use reasonable care in selecting the supplier and ensuring the order is placed in accordance with your wishes. For the avoidance of doubt, Marbella in Style does not and will not provide any representations or recommendations in relation to any of the information and suggestions comprised within the Services. You are deemed to be responsible for, and shall use your own skill and judgement as to, the quality, value and suitability of such information and suggestions in relation to deciding whether to enter into any contract with any third party for the supply of services or sale of goods.
  2. For those services not offered directly by Marbella in Style, your contract for the purchase of products or services is made with the relevant Supplier only. Marbella in Style acts as an agent for the Supplier and, unless expressly provided otherwise, all your rights and remedies are against the Supplier. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is designed to give any other person any rights or remedies under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
  3. Marbella in Style will not be responsible for products and services offered by Marbella in Style as agents for the Suppliers or for any aspect of the relationship between you and any particular Supplier. Marbella in Style will however do everything it reasonably can to assist you in any dealings you have with the Supplier.
  4. You agree that any contract entered into by you with any of the Suppliers is an independent contract. Marbella in Style hereby disclaims any and all liability for any act or omission of any Supplier or any loss incurred by you as a result of any act or omission of a Supplier whether or not arranged through the Marbella in Style call centre.
  5. Marbella in Style accepts no liability for any losses or claims arising from any inability to access the Site or any failure to complete a transaction.
  6. Save in respect of death and personal injury caused by the negligence of Marbella in Style or as expressly provided for in these Terms and Conditions, Marbella in Style shall not be liable for any loss, cost, expense or damage of any nature whatever (whether direct or indirect) resulting from the provision of the Services or your reliance upon the information and suggestions provided by Marbella in Style hereunder and the resulting supply of goods and services to you by any third party.
  7. Marbella in Style shall have no liability to you for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation arising from requests or instructions supplied by you which are incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate or arising from their late arrival or non-arrival, or any other fault of you.
  8. Marbella in Style shall not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of Marbella in Style‘s obligations in relation to the Services, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond Marbella in Style‘s reasonable control.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marbella.
  2. The provisions of the “Privacy Policy” shall apply at all times.

Registered Travel Agency

  1. Marbella in Style is a fully bonded registered travel agency with CIAN (the Andalusian equivalent to ATOL) with public liability insurance of 900.000€No. RTA. (CIAN): 296381-2

Transportation Terms & Conditions


  1. All vehicles are supplied with the corresponding civil liability insurance for all travelers, third party liability insurance, travel assistance insurance for vehicle and passengers as well as  Transport Card and Technical Inspection in force. The claim book is available to the client upon request, which will be indispensable in case of a claim.
  2. Any claim for the services rendered by Marbella in Style must be placed within the period of 30 days from the date of service.
  3. The services will not be confirmed until you receive a confirmation in writing via email form Marbella in Style.
  4. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the cars.
  5. All the services include an uniformed chauffeur.
  6. All the services with destination Gibraltar are up to the Spanish border.
  7. There is a 100% cancellation fee for all cancellations communicated within 12 hours or less prior to the service.
  8. Both for pick ups in airport, hotel or private residence, in case the customer picks up another means of transport the full price of service will be charged.
  9. All modifications, such as flight number, pick up time, etc. that are made within 12 hours or less prior to the time indicated in the booking, are considered as cancellation and request for a new service, with the consequent charge for both services.
  10. For wedding services, it is necessary to pay a minimum amount of € 150, this amount, once paid, will not be refunded under any circumstances, nor in case of cancellation.
  11. Failure to comply with the deadlines established for the payment of invoices will entail the non-performance of subsequent services, even those already confirmed before the default situation.
  12. In case of failure to communicate about any child-traveller under 12 years old, and a client not having an homologated chair or booster himself, Marbella in Style will refuse to perform the service because it is illegal. In such a case the service must be paid in full.
  13. Whenever a minor travels in one of our vehicles, this will count as one place like the rest of the passengers, not being able in any case to exceed the maximum number of places allowed for each category of vehicle.
  14. For all airport pick ups the maximum waiting time is limited to one hour unless the client contacts Marbella in Style to inform about their flight delay.
  15. The NO SHOW fee for the airport pick up will be equal to a minimum rate for the requested vehicle.
  16. In case of pick up in the Hotels or private residences, Marbella in Style gives 15 minutes of courtesy from the requested time, once those 15 minutes had passed all the waiting time will be charged in fractions of 1/2 hour.
  17. In case of transfers which require to do pick ups in different points, or having various destinations, the hourly rate will be applied considering the minimum time to be charged is of one hour.
  18. In case of multiple flights pickup at airport, one vehicle should be requested per one flight or the waiting time between flights will be charged accordingly, the minimum waiting time to be charged is one hour.
  19. To avoid problems at rendering the proper quality service we recommend that customer should communicate the quantity of luggage at the time of booking. If the client failed to communicate the excess of luggage, he will have to pay for a supplementary vehicle.
  20. Vehicles can not travel on instransible or impossible access roads.
  21. On December 24 and 31 the services might have different conditions and prices.
  22. The rates reflected by Marbella in Style may be subject to changes by Management.
  23. Our rates don’t include telephone calls, toll road fees, or other expenses.
  24. For any doubts that may arise regarding the application or execution of this contract, the grantors expressly submit themselves to the Courts of Marbella, renouncing any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

Tours Terms & Conditions


Experience that typically lasts more than 4 hours of time and does include chauffeur driven transportation to another location.

  1. Cancellation Period:
    • Cancellations made more than 15 days prior to the scheduled tour start date: Full refund minus a 10% administration fee.
    • Cancellations made between 5 and 15 days prior to the scheduled tour start date: 75% refund of the total tour cost.
    • Cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled tour start date: No refund will be issued.
  2. Refunds:
    • Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original booking.
    • No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the tour once it has commenced.
    • Amounts spent in tickets and entrances will be deducted from the refunds.
  3. Exceptions:
    • In cases of documented medical emergencies or other unavoidable circumstances, the tour operator may consider issuing a partial refund on a case-by-case basis. Proper documentation must be provided for consideration.
    • The tour operator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or insufficient tour participation. In such cases, participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
  4. Change of Tour Date:
    • Participants may request to change the tour date up to 15 days prior to the scheduled tour start date, subject to availability and approval by the tour operator.
    • The activity operator reserves the right to charge a fee of 10% of the total activity cost for any approved change of activity date.
  5. No Show:
    • Participants who fail to show up for the tour without prior notice will not be eligible for any refund.
  6. Insurance:
    • It is strongly recommended that participants purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may result in the need to cancel or change their tour plans.
  7. Cancellation Procedure:
    • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through the tour operator’s website.
    • Cancellation requests will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.

Activities Terms & Conditions


Experience that typically lasts up to 4 hours of time and does not include any chauffeur driven transportation to another location.

  1. Cancellation Period:
    • Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled activity start time: Full refund.
    • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the scheduled activity start time: 25% refund of the total activity cost.
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled activity start time: No refund will be issued.
  2. Refunds:
    • Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original booking.
    • No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the activity once it has commenced.
  3. Exceptions:
    • In cases of documented medical emergencies or other unavoidable circumstances, the activity operator may consider issuing a partial refund on a case-by-case basis. Proper documentation must be provided for consideration.
    • The activity operator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the activity due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or insufficient participation. In such cases, participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

    • Participants may request to change the activity date up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled activity start time, subject to availability and approval by the activity operator.
    • The activity operator reserves the right to charge a fee of 10% of the total activity cost for any approved change of activity date.

    • Participants who fail to show up for the activity without prior notice will not be eligible for any refund.
  6. Insurance:
    • It is strongly recommended that participants purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may result in the need to cancel or change their activity plans.
  7. Cancellation Procedure:
    • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through the activity operator’s website.
    • Cancellation requests will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
