The apartment features a bright open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped modern kitchen, high-quality finishes and direct access to a terrace with sea views. Guests can also enjoy a rear terrace overlooking the gardens and communal areas.
The residence offers excellent shared facilities, including a large saltwater swimming pool, landscaped gardens and a gym. Private underground parking is also included for extra comfort and convenience.
Casa Brisa combines modern design, practical amenities and a privileged location close to the beach, making it a perfect base for enjoying Estepona and the Costa del Sol.
BOOKING POLICY
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. All prepayments are non-refundable.
A refundable security deposit of €500 is required prior to check-in.
