Always. You will need to notify us in advance when you will be using your property, and we will block those dates for you.
Yes, we always charge a security deposit to all our holiday guests. This is to be paid upfront and the amount of this deposit is decided in agreement with you. At checkout we perform an inspection. If there is any damage, the cost of it will be deducted from the deposit.
Airbnb and other Online Travel Agencies (like booking, VRBO and others) charge a commission between 15% and 20% on the rental price paid by guests.
We offer an option in which this commission will be included in the commission we charge you. If not, this commission will be added on top of the price paid by the guest.
