Villa Bellagio – exclusivity, comfort and luxury at the top of Estepona

Villa Bellagio is a beautiful classic luxury villa and stands out for several of its charms. The backdrop is inexhaustible. Its magnificent views encompass the entire Costa del Sol, from Gibraltar to Marbella beyond. And since it is on the top of a hill, you can see not only the Mediterranean Sea in its fullness, but also the sea of ​​mountains and hills that surround this fantastic villa with its privileged location. It is located just 3 km from the city of Estepona and 4 of its beautiful beaches.

Just upon entering the villa, a beautiful fountain welcomes you along with ample parking in the driveway as well as two garage spaces.

Upon entering the property and after being entranced by its sea views overlooking the pool you will feel drawn to its covered terrace. The large swimming pool (15 m x 6 m) has a jet area with hydromassage to enjoy a glass of champagne or also lie back and relax on the sun loungers. You can even see Gibraltar and Africa while swimming. In the months of May, June, October and November the water can be heated for an additional charge.

The bar adjoins the BBQ area, which is fully equipped, from a Phillips beer tap to an ice cube machine so you can make your own cocktails while shooting pool. (drinks not included; request your beer barrel in advance)

There is also a sauna that opens onto a covered terrace with a hammock and additional seating.

In the surrounding gardens you will find an area with various fruit trees typical of this climate (orange, mandarin, pink grapefruit, lemon, lime, fig, pomegranate and olive trees). From there the steps will lead you to the 9 hole green, where you can also practice your chipping skills. Next to this golf area is the private paddle tennis court with impressive views of the La Concha mountain and the Mediterranean Sea. We provide the necessary equipment to play, just bring your own balls.

The main house has a spacious and elegant kitchen with a 6-burner gas hob, iron, 2 electric ovens and all the appliances you may need. From the kitchen there is access to a storage room, a laundry room and a side garden.

If you are hosting a wedding, it is very convenient for your caterer to access the kitchen directly from the driveway.

It also has a gym equipped with a treadmill, elliptical bike, weights and yoga mats. This room can also be used as a bedroom with an additional double bed of 1.60 m. removing the elliptical bike and placing it in the covered terrace area.

On the upper floor of the villa is the large bridal suite with a vanity area (make up looking at the sea in the mirror) and a large en-suite bathroom with a double Jacuzzi and a dressing room and shower. Have a glass of wine on the terrace in the evening and gaze at the distant city lights from Gibraltar to Marbella, as well as the ships on the horizon and wake up in the morning looking at miles of sparkling sea.

The west wing of the villa has 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have access to the large covered terrace with views of the sea and the pool.
