Exterior
The villa is surrounded by verdant gardens gently sloping down to the Guadalmina river.
A huge manicured lawn is ideal for events and games, while the many shady terraces are perfect for eating al fresco or enjoying the stunning gardens. A large roof terrace with huge lounging day beds also gives rise to great views, while you can cool off in the private large pool (12m x 7m) tucked away at the rear of the house and surrounded by lush gardens and lawns.
Interior
The interior of the house is designed in a traditional Andalusian style which contains the strong local Moorish influence. The sitting and dining room are generous and comfortable for a large gathering and open directly onto the terraces with many shaded areas for relaxing in the canvas and cane furniture.
The 4 main bedrooms are large with generously proportioned bathrooms, with a fifth attic bedroom which is reached via a steep staircase – ideal either for a nanny or two older children and shares a bathroom with a bedroom downstairs.
