The home has everything you need to settle into for either a long or short stay with a family or friends. It is in a peaceful setting with stunning views of La Concha and even a distant view of the ocean where you get a peak of Africa. The home is clean and the community is private. The parking spot is in a garage which is directly attached to the unit, very convenient. The town of Istan is about 15 minutes up the mountain and beach parking or shopping\/eating is about 15 minutes down the mountain. If you are looking for a cozy, private, peaceful, location that is a short drive from it all with stunning views, this is the place for you.<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div>\n \n

As a family who like to have the home from home feel this villa provides exactly that, it was very modern and clean and is situated in a great location very close to Puerto Banus (10 mins by taxi) and Old Town Marbella (20 mins). The only thing I\u2019d advise would be to make it aware in the listing that the 5th bedroom is actually outside of the villa and I wouldn\u2019t recommend for families with toddlers.<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div>\n \n
